1. ISCSI Server Configuration
ISCSI Server is a storage server. Using this we can share the Storage disks.
ISCSI target (server)
Storage resource located on an iSCSI server known as a "target". An iSCSI target usually
represents nothing but hard disk storage. As with initiators, software to provide an iSCSI target is
available for most mainstream operating systems.
SCSI initiator (client)
An initiator functions as an iSCSI client. An initiator typically serves the same purpose to a
computer as a SCSI bus adapter would, except that instead of physically cabling SCSI devices
(like hard drives and tape changers), an iSCSI initiator sends SCSI commands over an IP
network.
Server Configuration
Install the packages:
Configuration File:
Re-Edit the Lines.
Before Editing:

2. Restart the Service
That’s it .

Install the package.

3. Find The IQN name of shared ISCSI Server. (IQN : ISCSI Qualified Name)
IQN is communicate with Target
Here : 172.30.100.250- Server IP . -m:Mode ; -t:Target ; st : Send Target P: Port
Login into the ISCSI Server.
Give the IQN name, Here: l-login
Now we can find New disk /dev/sdc.

4. Logout from ISCSI Server.
Here /dev/sdc disk is not there. That’s it
