“No Organisation can run or be effective without minimum required manpower. Organisations feel that
Multitasking through minimum manpower is rational and cost saving, but at times strains the employee
when not being motivated or compensated adequately as per employees thought process, this then limits

Governance, Marketing, Sales and Operations with over 21 years of strong, decisive executive leadership in
well known organisations.
Has been instrumental in bringing successful transformations in difficult situations with able guidance and
spearheading leadership. Has strong corporate network and sector knowledge for bringing turnarounds and
has successfully completed various full time, advisory & consultancy assignments undertaken.
Dr Gupta has been functionally engaged in establishing presence for pharma majors in various locations
within the country having played pivotal roles with Micro Labs Ltd, Wanbury Ltd. (erstwhile Wander Novartis
Pharma), Aventis Pharma Ltd and Lloyds Labs. Have been associated in healthcare among the top
management cadre personnel of 1500 bedded Asia's biggest hospital SevenHills Hospital & Health-city.
Dr. Gupta has been a core part of the healthcare retail business of the Future Group and has been
instrumental in setting up the vast network of in store Wellness Stores with India's leading Retailer Future
Group in North, West and Gujarat Zones.
Dr. Gupta had been associated with the Indira Group of Institutes since December 2008, having held the
position of Director at Indira Group of Institutes. Besides he is credited with successfully establishing
distribution network of Domestic and International Giants in India.

Once an MOU is signed as per our company & industry norms in mail or written documents the work is
initiated without delay.
We try to understand the sectors in which we operate assisted by a team of experienced HR-Consultants on
full time role’s with organization with focus on understanding the partners requirement.
A complete manpower mapping with requirement timelines is worked out in association, with the partner
and team of knowledgeable dedicated recruiters work on such profiles required.
Meeting timely deadlines with precision on requirement specifics is our commitment to our partner
companies we associate.
Team shall be working on agreed timelines for various positions.
Daily tracker shall be mail of profiles for shortlisting by the company. Detailed resumes shall be send
accordingly and thereby aligning interview with comfort of both candidate and the company respecting
timelines for recruitment.
A dedicated follow-up shall be ensured at both ends to complete the recruitment process as per agreed
timeline.

The consultancy payout per candidate as per clients considerations can be discussed and
finalized.
Above calculation is on CTC and the replacement is within 45-90 days as required.
The payment from date of joining has to be in 15-30 days
With a confirmation of joining of the referred candidate, we expect from the company’s HR
department a detail of salary break-up, as per appointment letter of the referred candidate received
in a mail to our consultancy
Invoice shall be submitted in a week of candidates joining post receiving the appointment letter in
mail from the company.
All back office and support services manpower requirements can be provided across sectors.
For Healthcare we provide Dr’s, Nursing and hospital technical staff.
Besides we provide CA, CS and Corporate Consultants for part-time and full time roles.
