   Kingdom, founded in 1996 by a prominent researcher in the Knowledge
   Management area.

   The main target is to promote growth of an organization’s intellectual capital
   as strategy:

             • To accelerate the organizational performance through knowledge sharing,
             generating innovations;

innovations best practice. .

NEW BORDERS”, regarding the eight MAKE excellence criteria and similar successful cases of
