Definition of ethics
Ethics comes from Greek word ‘ethos’ which means

“good” and “right” as opposed to what is bad or wrong.

Emphasizes etiquette in human resource development in
recruitment, selection and dismissal of employees aspect.

Generally influenced by bias and prejudice from employer.
Ethics problem arise when employees do not receive equal
reward for their effort in the company/organization.
