 Setting KRA’s of new entrants along with HOD as per ‘criteria.
 Performance review of employee in quarterly and half yearly basis.
 Conducting performance appraisal of employees.
 Rating finalization along with HOD and HR Head.
 PMS Sheet Preparation.
 Distribution of Appraisal letters to Employees.
Training & Development:
 Involve in Training and Development activity.
 Preparation of Training Calendar.
 Training Need Identification based on Performance Appraisal.
 Training Coordination with employee and faculty.
 Faculty Arrangement.
 Collecting the feedback after training of both employees and trainer.
 Training Analysis and Implementation.
Pay Roll Generation:
 Prepare Monthly salary sheet.
 Processing salary on payroll software.
 Maintaining Employee records, Attendance and Leaves
 Ensure PF & PT formalities are done on time.
Other Activities:
 Organize "Interactive Session" with new joiners along with Top Management in bimonthly and
comply all the concerns raised by them within specified time.
 Handling employee grievances.
 Sending candidates for Pre-employment medical checkup.
 Preparation of various letters viz Offer Letter, appointment letter, Confirmation letter, Transfer
letter & Deputation Letter etc .
 Maintaining personal file/folders of employees.
 Maintaining the Manpower database.
 Conducting Exit Interview & their Analysis.
Employee Engagement:
 Involved in arranging of Picnic for the employee & their family.
 Annul get together of employees & their family.
 Involved in cultural activity/Festival celebration
 Effectively managing welfare measures, employees get together & team building activities such as
picnics, Festival celebrations, Birthday celebrations & annual gatherings of employees to enhance
motivation levels.
