What’s productivity?
▪ 生産性とは、『何を』『どのぐらいの時間をかけて行ったか』を測る-
努力ではなくて、アウトプットを測る Productivity measures how
much you get done in a certain amount of time – it’s a measure of
output (not effort)
▪ 「生産性」は「効率」と同じではない Productivity ≠ efficiency
▪ ピーター・ドラッカーの引用:Peter Drucker quotes:
▸ 効率とは物事を正しく行うことであり、効果とは正しい事を行うこ
とである。“Efficiency is doing things right; effectiveness is doing the
