Facts…
• No artifact is perfect
• Everything may be done better… and will be done
• Change is the norm
• Every artifact will exist in different versions
• This is particularly true when the needs are complex, not perfectly
defined and changing in time like in software and web pages.

• Distribution is very easy and
costless
