• Cloud computing is a model for enabling ubiquitous,
  convenient, on-demand network access to a shared
  pool of configurable computing resources (e.g.,
  networks, servers, storage, applications, and
  services) that can be rapidly provisioned and
  released with minimal management effort or service
  provider interaction.

Business-Process as a Service (BPaaS)

• Business process services are any business process
  (horizontal or vertical) delivered through the Cloud
  service model (Multi-tenant, self-service
  provisioning, elastic scaling and usage metering or
  pricing) via the Internet with access via Web-centric
  interfaces and exploiting Web-oriented cloud
  architecture. The BPaaS provider is responsible for
  the related business function(s).
