estate developers using CPA model. It enables clients to
find a suitable apartment and specify its layout.

Call analytics is vitally important for PPC optimization,
especially when there’re many real estate landing pages
running paid advertising campaigns. Also there was a
need to better understand the calling audience.

Ringostat conducted deep researches aimed to understand
which types of communication the clients preferred.
We removed the phone number from the website and the only
available form of communication was filling an online form.
Later the phone number was returned, so we could compare
the conversion with and without phone number.

In order to optimize the PPC advertising campaigns, we tracked the
following parameters:
● Client’s geolocation;
● Months when the client is more likely to make purchases;
● Clients categories.
