Successes Failing to Plan is a Plan to Fail! Creation of clear concise documentation that receives swift sign-off from investors, executive stakeholders and down teams.  One major key success factor is knowing who your audience is and targeting the document content appropriately. Excellent requirement facilitation in custom format.  Custom format and documentation that minimizes change in project schedule, scope and cost. Implemented large enterprise communication, rollout and tracking solution for compliance training of 50,000+ employees on infrastructure that only supported 500 concurrent users. Created unique adjustable Program Management Dashboard and Project Reporting to show trends, identify dependencies between projects, prioritize potential issues, avoid cascading delays and make good decisions. Managed creation and implementation of several solutions(IT, Process Improvement) to help clients realize full capacity of their resources. Managed full SDLC of several customized Loan Origination Solutions with multiple interfaces. Key to success was managing scope to include only proven deliverables to that ensure success of the business solution Agile development used, only when appropriate, to successfully develop IT customizations and product progression. Facilitation of training and coaching sessions (1-on-1 or group format) that empower resources to do their jobs .
