Best Friend Becomes Enemy
Best friend becomes enemy. It was first day of summer. School almost finished. It was sunny and
windy day. I was happy that school almost finished. My friend and I were sitting at the park. We
were planning how to spend this long summer. George, my friend, gave me many plans for this
summer but I didn't agree with him. He was a lazy gay. His plan was: sleep till 11 a.m., and then
play video games till 5 p.m. and then go to sleep. He says that this must continue every day. I
didn't like it and gave him some advices for summer. My plan for summer was: Find a good job
and work there for two month, and then if we collect our money, we can buy whatever you want. He
didn't like my plan but he agreed. We found...show more content...
I looked for mail and there was one box. I looked for it and there was money which my father sent to
me yesterday. I was packing my money to be ready for tomorrow. I tried to spent my time bit it
was too hard. I tried to sleep but I couldn't because I was thinking about my mom. Is she good or
not. Is she sick or not. I didn.t know anything about my mom but I will know it tomorrow. I woke
up at 6 p.m. I wore my cloth and went to mall. There was one problem. I forgot my money which I
packed yesterday. I went back again to home and took it. Now I was ready to go mall. I was in mall.
I was waiting for a call. And suddenly phone rang. I took a phone and strange man said "I will be
waiting for in Apple Store". I went there and there were too many people. I saw my mom and
George, my friend, near to her. He was holding a gun in his hand. And conversation began:
–"Hey is it you George who wants money?"
–"Yes, it is me" he said "Now give me my money". I gave him $10,000 and he run away from mall . I
didn't call polis. I was happy that my mom safe. She was good and not sick. I wasn't happy to
George. He knew that I will make $7,200 from my job and I will get $2,800 somewhere. But it
was ok. My mom was safe and it is important. I knew that he did it because I said to his girlfriend
that he is layer and after this my mom was taken by him. I never thought that my best friend
becomes my enemy. And I was unhappy because my summer

Friends will come and go like the leaves of a breezy fall day. But some stick around even on the
worst days. As the lights beam down on me at a Shippensburg soccer game with my best friend
Izzy, a thought crossed my mind. What if we had never met? All of our memorable adventures we
experienced together. Like Black Friday Shopping, Hersheypark, Sky Zone, and our trip to
Baltimore together would have never happened. So I'm taken back to that wildcard day in third
grade when I met Isabel Soliday. It was a breezy October day, school had started to get into the
swing. I was in third grade at the time. Since I was the youngest in my building, I was feeling like
a weed in a forest full of tree's. At the time school was lonely, none of my friends had even one
class with me, and in their free time, they were playing with there new friends. Little did I know,
that day I would meet one of my best friends to this day. I don't know what we were working on, but
I do remember we picked sticks to determine our partners. Sticking my hand in the cold metal tin, I
reached in and picked the number twenty–two. As Mrs. Keenan called the number, I looked into the
crowd of kids to see a blonde freckled girl standing there.
After everyone was done picking their partners, we found a seat at the front of the room on the soft,
brown, but worn carpet. As we worked, we talked quietly, until we had so much passion for the
subject our voices carried to others.
After class was over, we

Sarah and I have been bestfriends since I could remember. She had dirty blonde hair that flowed
in the wind like the currents in the ocean, her eyes were sea blue, she was slender, and she was
beautiful. Growing up we were never separated. It was just like I had another sister around all the
time. Whenever I needed to cry I went to her. Whenever I needed a hug I went to her. Whenever I
needed something such as a simple laugh I went to her. She's always kept my secrets and I've kept
hers. We've told eachother everything, no matter how embarrassing, sad, awful, depressing, she
would tell me everything. After all she was my best friend. The statement, time flies when you're
having fun, is true because I've gone through it. At least everyone...show more content...

from being outside and my hair was filled with tiny feathery ice crystals. I sat down at the kitchen

that was covering my face, around my ear so I could see the letter clearly. My hands were shaking. I
was not getting a good vibe. Was the anticipation of waiting to open the letter worse than opening the
letter itself? Eventually I opened the letter. It read:
Dear Bethany,
I've read hundreds of books, poems, and magazines. Out of all the variations of texts one quote
comes to mind that has made an impact on me by John Green, "That's the thing about pain, it's
demanded to be felt." I've never told you about this before but my parents have been in a rough
situation right now. They are always fighting about irrelevant paraphernalia and it gets to the
point where my father is taking his anger out on me. I feel like I'm not safe, not welcome, and not
important anymore. They don't even say a word to me when I am home. Nothing. Not a single
word. My emotions I'm keeping from expressing are like an wretched illness inside of me. I don't
know if it's depression but it sure as hell feels like it. I feel as if I'm being enclosed, sucked into
eternity, sucked into the black void. The feeling depresses me into a flaccid nothingness. It

Descriptive Essay About My Best Friend
About Me! By: Jonna S. My Best friend My best friend is amazing! Ever since the first day of
school she's been there. Basically what happened was on the first day I was at silver hills and had
no idea who anyone was so i just sat at a table and she was like, "Hi I'm Daphnie what's your
name?," of course i said Jonna cause that's my name. Eventually we ran into each other at lunch
so we sat down and talked for awhile to each other and then we walked to my next class and I was
like wow you wanna be friends. She said of course cause i mean come on i'm amazing! Honestly
we had a lot of good memories together from the 6th grade and i'm very excited to create brand
new ones with her. She is amazing and I see perfection in her even though she disagrees i don't
care she is perfect in my eyes and i will always be there for her I don't care what happens between
us and i just wanna say thank you and i love you best friend! My Runaway! Hot air, windy breeze,
beating sun, blooming season and a nice boring day! The exotic yellow bus speeding through the
overpowering wind and it took a nice sharp stop. We got off the bus and that's when our
adventurous day started. But really, what we thought was a fun day, others thought we were crazy
and scared for us! For example, both of our entire households. This is how it all started. It was a very
casual afternoon throughout school. Nothing different from any other day, until we got on the bus.

Friendship Essay: What Makes A Good Friend?
A friend is someone difficult to find. A friend is someone you can always count on when times
are tough. The dictionary's definition of a good friend is a person attached to another by feelings
of affection or personal regard. A good friend is there when you are struggling. For example,
when a boy breaks your heart a good friend walks you through it and offers a shoulder to cry on.
According to Bree Neff, a good friend is someone who is trustworthy, doesn't talk behind your
back, listens to your problems, gives good advice and tries to lend humor along with his or her
support. There are also bad friends, those who pretend to care and then turn around gossiping and
starting drama. Good and bad friends are all around you, involved in...show more content...
You want friends that show they care and do not resent your achievements. A good friend sees
good in your accomplishments; because of this they will not want you to do poorly and will
always be looking out for you, hoping you do your best. A trustworthy friend is someone you can
count on no matter what. They are someone you can call in the middle of the night and vent to, or
just talk. They are someone who, if they say they are going to do something, they do it and don't
bail out. Good friends are people with whom you can talk to and trust with your secrets. You can
tell a friend anything and know they won't open their mouth just for the fun of it because they
like and respect you too much to hurt you. If you have something you feel like you can't tell
anyone about, they are the friends you can tell. A good friend is someone who when you tell
them personal stuff you don't have to worry, you know your secret is safe. Trusted friends are
those you can tell your flaws to and know your revelations are safe. Sometimes after you tell
people certain information you think: "What in the world was I thinking?" but a trustworthy person
won't ever make you feel like that. What is a loyal friend? A loyal friend is someone who never lets
you down. They are someone who does things with you even though these things maybe totally
boring, but they still do them. Loyal friends won't back out at the last second. They stick with

Have you ever had that one special friend that you knew would be there for you through thick and
thin? That special friend, who can read your thoughts, finish your sentences, and make you smile

who you hang out with, and someone you rely on. Friendship is being there for someone when they
need you. That person for me is my best friend Katrina. She is the kindest, sweetest person I have
ever known. She will do anything for anyone. I met Katrina when I was in the 5th grade and she

needs to be cherished with love, patience and understanding. Katrina is more than just a friend she
is just like a sister. She is my best friend. I cannot imagine my life without her in it. My life would
not be complete without her in it. She is the one I call when life seems so unfair. We can talk on
the phone for hours about absolutely nothing. She is the kind of friend that everyone needs to
have in their life. She can make you smile and laugh when you feel like all is lost. Her smile and
joyful personality can bring a smile to anyone's face. She can truly light up a room with her
wonderful personality and charm. I am truly lucky to have her in my life. She is a wonderful
mother, wife and friend. I admire her patience and understanding. Katrina is kind and
compassionate with everyone. Honestly I don't know how she does it. I wish I had half the
patience she has. Life has taken Katrina and me in very separate directions. She lives several hours

Personal Narrative: Goodbye My Best Friend Essay
Goodbye It is amazing how many things we take for granted. We make plans for the day, and don't
think twice about how those plans can be taken away in the blink of an eye. I never thought much
about it myself, until I was faced with the shock, and undeniable truth of my cousin's death. I don't
think anyone really thinks about tragedy until they are actually faced with shocking news.
It was a bright and warm summer morning when I woke from a good night sleep. Nothing prepared
me for the dark, gloomy and sad day ahead of me. You see, this was the day that my cousin and
childhood best friend passed away in an auto accident. Bright, intelligent, loving and caring 16 year
old, these are words to describe her but let me to you how I...show more content...
We didn't need a reason to visit we were best friends. The thing you should know about her is: She
loved God, family and friends. She loved anything about John Deere. She adored Kids, (Lead a
youth class at church). She lived for cheering and did it to perfection. She had a zest for life.
Whatever she was doing, she gave it 110%.
Around the age of 10, we started getting very involved with school sports. She lived in
Byrdstown and found her gift which was cheering, of course mine was Basketball. As time went
on, we only got to see each other at basketball games and special occasions. But, we always knew
that we would be best friends forever. On June 18th 2006, I lost my cousin to a freak auto
accident. The Papers read Auto accident claims local teen. The only thing I know was that
childhood best friend was gone. I could never run up and hug her at the basketball game. I could
never get to see or talk to her at the reunions or any other family get togethers. We had many
experiences together as I said before. One I remember most is when we always met and went to
Obey River in Pickett county. We went all through the summer, we always knew what out plans
were going to turn out to be. We would start by always playing in the water while our parents would
get the cookout stuff together. We enjoyed every minute we spent together. She is gone but she would
want everyone to life to the fullest. Don't take anything or anyone for

Friendship Essay : My Best Friend
A friend is someone that you trust and you enjoy spending time with. Everyone needs a friend
because without friend life would be boring. Friends are important because they boost your
happiness and reduce your stress. Friends are easy to find but a best friend is very hard to find.
Best Friends are very important because they increase your self–confidence, you can share secrets,
unlimited laughter, and adventures. To have a best friend you do not have to know them for a long
time you just have to feel comfortable around them and trust them.
One of my best friends name is Pawornwan but I call her Bam. she only lets certain people call her
Bam like her friends or family. I met Bam my freshmen year of high school she was new to the
school and was also a freshman. The first time I saw her was in our English class she did not
speak much English but whenever I would talk to her I would understand her by her movement
of hands when she didn't know a word. She didn't talk a lot when we were with my old friend but
when she was just with me she would talk more. When I left my old friend group I would only say
hi or have a small conversation when I would see her in the hallway. Junior year we ended up having
a class together so we decided to be friends again. Now we are very close more than we were when
we were freshman. She talks more and is more outgoing. I know more about her know then when I
did the first time I was friends with her. She is Thai and I'm Mexican American so we don't have a
ton of things in common. I love having a friend from a different culture because I love learning new
things about her culture and the things that they believe in. For example, she says that whoever
gets the last bit of the food gets a handsome husband. Some of her believes are funny because we
don't have them in my culture. We all need a friend that makes us forget to check the time because
we are having a marvelous time.
My best friend Ruby is like my sister. We first meet in sixth grade and we became friends but
when we were in seventh grade we stopped hanging out because we both started hanging out with
other people. We still said hi when we would see each other but it wasn't the same. Then we had a
yoga class together our

Descriptive Essay About My Best Friend
The "Best" Friend I feel a vibration in my pocket, I check my phone and I'm surprised to get an
invitation from Rod, my ex–bestfriend. I haven't hung out with this group for years, but I decide to
attend and maybe reconnect with them. I walk into the door, and I'm greeted with a big smile
from "friends" that I haven't really talked to in years. As we watch the UCLA football game, and
more people walk into the house, I start to greet them cautiously. "Hey jeet," said one of them as
they walked through the door. Baljeet was a name given to me on the last day of elementary
school, and that nickname brought up some bad memories. But after years of ridicule, I learned
to just ignore it. Rod turns on the Xbox, like he would any other night of the week, and my
friends start playing NBA 2k18. As I sit on the couch in the back of the room silently, I start to
think why I'm here and what happened to my relationship with Rod over the years. It was fifth
grade during a two week stretch where we spent time with each other almost every other day. We
could spend all these hours together and never get bored. And this day was no different, Rod went
bowling the day before and I discovered cup–stacking. I tried to show off my cup–stacking skills in
a 3–2–1 formation, like a fair game. Then, he took a baseball and hurled it at my creation. Like
telepathic twins, the same idea came to both of our minds: "Let's make a..." I proposed, "Carnival"
Rod yelled out. We both laughed at the

Personal Narrative Essay : My Best Friend
My best friend is always there when I need her the most, has my back when times get rough, and I
can always tell her my deepest darkest secrets. My best friend's name is Tea Elaine Valentine. We
have been best friends for nine years and counting. We met in the third grade. I was introduced to
Tea by another friend of mine. She thought I was weird at first, but as she got to know me we
have been best friends ever since. Tea and I are two different people. Tea is more of the
outspoken, no filter, and whatever comes to mind is said. I'm more of the quiet and laid back. I
have learned many things from Tea like learning how to speak up for myself, never to let anyone

years because of our loyalty, listening ear, and always being there for each other. From third
grade to sixth grade Tea and I were stuck together like glue. Every day after school we would call
each other on the house phone and we would talk for hours. When it was time for the weekend I
was always at her house or she was at my house to spend the night. My after school routine was
the same as always but this phone conversation started off different. "I have something to tell

Meeting My Best Friend Essay
There is nothing in life that can compare to meeting your other half. Meeting my best friend was
definitely a life changing event in the best way. She is the most loyal and absolutely the most
trustworthy long–term friendships that I have ever experienced. I have been given the opportunity
in life to come face to face with my best friend, she has changed my life in various ways. No one
that I have met can compete with how well her and I mix. Like peanut butter and jelly, we are
good alone but better together. Through thick and thin my best friend and I have lasted 8 going 9
years, and I know that there will be more to come.

To this day Maria is my ride or die, we kept growing up and when my father got me a car for my
birthday it became even better. We both see each other almost every week and hang out to eat,
shop, or simply go over each others house. We both have so many similarities in our lives and
personalities, we definitely never take that for granted. She has persistently gotten me through all
of my rough patches, with that being said, every time we talk she knew what I need to hear to get
me through or get ahead of it in life. Nonetheless, we are very alike, but we still obviously have
our differences, yet I admire how we will always cooperate and try to imagine and picture
ourselves in the other person's position. She always gives me her best friend and at the same time
her motherly advice. She is kind hearted, but is not afraid to rip the bandage when needed. We both
gossip and laugh about everything! Our conversations can go on for the longest time. There is
nothing but love to the fact that we will manage our time for each other even if our schedules are a
little hassled.
On top of that, maturing in life is very important to me. I never want to have a friend that doesn't
grow. I confront everything life throws at my direction. Weirdly, with all of the struggles Maria and
I have had together, it has definitely helped us mature together in life. To this day I couldn't be more
grateful to the fact that we both

I Met My Best Friend
For every person that exists, there is at least one other person with whom they will laugh with,
love with, and live life with. These are the people who will support the decisions you make,
encourage you to keep going after massive failures and love you despite all your flaws. We cherish
the relationships we build and the friendships we have because without friends, we would be alone.
I met my best friend when I was eleven–years–old. Our teacher forced us to sit next to each other
after the first few days of school. We didn't talk to each other much because we both had our own
friends. However, one day, we decided to each lunch together and we started hanging out more
and more. Soon, we became inseparable. People could tell that we were best friends by the way
we acted around each other. Much like my best friend and I, the devotion and loyalty between two
friends are shown through real life interactions. However, written words can also show how much
two friends care for one another. Text messages and wedding speeches may seem to have no
connection to each other but both genres reveal how close two people are. A wedding speech is
usually given by the maid–of–honor and the best man. These two positions hold special meaning
because it is meant to be given by someone whom the bride and groom cherish and love. To be
given the position of maid–of–honor or best man already shows how much love and respect the
bride or groom has for their friend. Wedding speeches, in return, show

My Cousin Is My Best Friend
Some people don't even know their cousins or they don't talk to them at all. That is not the case for
me. My cousin is my best friend. She has been my best friend since I was little. She is a big part of
my life and I can tell her everything. We lived down the road from each other for many years and
we would be together all the time. We were inseparable and we still are today. My cousin, Brie
Pulczinski, is a big influence on my life. She is 19 years old and she lives in West Fargo, so not too
far away. Some cousins look alike somewhat but Brie and I do not look alike at all. Brie has dark
brown hair–almost black. We are about the same height. Brie has a great personality, there are so
many reasons to love her. She is someone I can look up to and always go to for advice. Also, it
seems like a lot of stuff doesn't get her down and if she is down she is not a person to constantly
complain about it. We may be five years apart in age but when we are together none of that
matters. Brie and I are alike in so many ways. There are so many memories we have together;
some good, some bad but I wouldn't trade them for the world. I'm not going to lie, when we were
younger we were trouble makers. Brie was not a very good influence when we were younger. Her
and her brother Chase would always try to make me do stuff to get me in trouble. When I was
younger, they were the older kids and I always wanted to be cool just like them. So, I did literally
everything they told me to do. Which

A Man's Best Friend Essay
"He is your friend, your partner, your defender, and your dog. You are his life, his love, and his
leader. He will be yours, faithful, and true, to the last beat of his heart. You owe it to him to be
worthy of such devotion." –Unknown.
There are a lot of things that dogs do for us as people and that is why dogs are usually referred to as
man's best friend. A dog is a great pet to have because it is good for your health, they can make good
guards, and they provide you with the emotional stimulus you need.
Having a pet dog improves your physical and mental wellbeing. Pets encourage you to get out and
exercise. Whether we walk our dogs because they need it, or are more likely to enjoy a walk when
we have companionship, dog owners do spend...show more content...
Homeowners with dogs as pets, whether housed indoors or outdoors, will probably experience
fewer burglary attempts than those without dogs or other security systems. Dogs are protective of
their domain and their masters, so you will be in good paws.
Pets ward off loneliness and provide unconditional love. Pets can be there for you in many ways
that people can't. A pet never judges you and they continue to love you in spite of your flaws and
mistakes. Dogs serve us sometimes without asking or waiting not seeking any benefits for
themselves. When you have just arrived home from work, they are ready and patiently waiting
for you at the door so they can greet you right away. Your dog might wait for you to bend down so
he can lick your face to give you his kisses or your dog might even jump up to you to show how
much he missed you.
They can offer love and companionship, and can also enjoy comfortable silences, keep secrets and
are excellent snugglers. And they could be the best antidotes to loneliness. All of these benefits can
reduce the amount of stress people experience in response to lack of social support from people.
Dogs make terrific companions. They seem to sense when a master is feeling low, and they will
eagerly stick a cold nose into your hand or lick your face. Dogs lie faithfully at your feet and rarely
talk back, except when trained to do so. A dog will go anywhere that you do without

Descriptive Essay About My Best Friend
My best friend, I remember it was the first days of my senior year when I met my him, we had
1st, 3rd and 7th hour together. I saw him since the first day but I didn't talk to him at all, so after a
couple days in school he sat next to me, and I was like "He seems nice, I'm going to talk to him"
so I did, I remember he had a bracelet on his hand, and say "that's a nice bracelet" he looked at me
really bad like I was bothering him and he just say "thank you" and he moved his hand away, I
was so sad because I felt like he didn't liked me, so I didn't talk to him, I was like that's what I get
for trying to be nice. After a couple weeks he kept seating next to me, one day he started talking to
me and out of nowhere we became friends, he had so many things in common, the type of music we
listen, he has a great sense of humor, I just loved his personality. But he say that's not how things
happen, at least that's how I remember them.
I truly believe it was because of proximity that we became friends, because we interact with each
other, and after the first thirty minutes of talking to him, I felt so comfortable talking with him, if
he had never sat next to me probably I wouldn't met him. Approach behaviors played a big role in our
friendship because I saw that he was interested on getting to know me and I was so interested on him
too, after spend weeks getting information about him, his background and his interest, I considered
him my truthly friend and I can be myself around him.

My Best Friend
Have you ever had someone in your life who helped you figure out who you were? Someone who

path. Someone who always seemed to be right, but never held it against you when you were not.
Someone whom without your life would most likely be entirely different. I have. Her name was
Jessica. Jessica was more than my neighbor. She was more than my mentor. She was my best friend.
Jessica lived three houses down from me when I moved into a new neighborhood. She made moving
to a new neighborhood a lot easier. She was one of those people who was friends with everybody.

She would listen to you. She would be your friend, even if she just met you. I can not remember a
time when she had something unpleasant to say about someone. That was one of many valuable
lessons I learned from her and have made apart of my life.
She seemed to know everything. Anytime I had a perplexing question I knew she would know
what to tell me. Her wisdom spanned several subjects. Everything from the textbook things they
wanted me to learn in school, to the life lessons that there are no textbooks for. She taught me by
example. She showed me that it was just a waste of my time and energy getting mad, upset, angry
or so irate that I allowed myself to be controlled by my emotions. She was always calm, patient, and
even tempered when faced with people who were less than pleasant to be around. I learned from
watching her deal with people that being nice never fails. And I learned from watching her deal
with the situations life would present that as long as you gave everything you had to give and never
quit, you could never be beat.
Jessica was a truly amazing friend. She was a true friend. I could always depend on her being
there for me with the right words of advice. Even if I did not want to hear what she was saying.
She had been exactly where I was and she knew how perilous the journey of adolescence could be.
She informed and guided me in my choices. Yet she never forced anything on me. My

My Best Friend Essay
The last time I saw my best friend was definitely a time I would never forget. It was the best yet
worst day of my life. Yet It taught me that letting go isn't always the best thing, but can change
you as a person. Summer vacation had just started. When school ended, I went away for a week
for my first travel. Nina however, was staying in Moscow, attending a tennis camp for a week.
During that week that we didn't constantly talk to each other, which was just a small glimpse of
what the future had in store for us. Coming back to Moscow from that incredibly long week. I
was very eager to see her once again. Unfortunately, I had to wait a while, because tennis camp
only ended a few days after I came back. The feeling of being in the same place as your best friend
but not being able to see her was torture. Every day that came closer to when I would see her was
exciting, yet terrifying at the same time. I knew that this would be a day that I would definitely not
foget. I remember seeing her, how my heart lifted, hearing her voice again, I was the happiest
person. We planned the whole day. Our first destination was Nebo, a trampoline park. On the way
there, with Moscow's unusual weather, it was pouring. By pouring I mean the cars were
swimming. When we got out of the car we were running around the streets. Drenched in water, as we
entered the park. Walking into the building, seeing the receptionists reaction was hilarious. Mocking
their faces of disgust. The whole time the two of

My Day With My Best Friend
After a long stressful test, I was going to spend the day with my best friend, Katherine, for the
first time after, so long now that her mom trusted me more. "Honk!'' was the sound I heard that
signaled me that Katherine's dad was here. She opened the door, as usual because she was so
courteous to me at school. I got into the rusty gray Honda. Once I got into the car I knew it was
out of my comfort zone because it was my first time meeting Katherine's Dad outside of school.
"Hello, Katherine 's dad," I said tentatively. He responded back with a simple hello and simply
resumed his talk with Katherine as if she had never left the car. They were talking, so quick I had
no idea what to do, so I kept quiet the whole car ride and looked out the window. The whole car
ride was of a foreign language I had barely heard Katherine speak at school, when her mom, my
5th grade math teacher came around. Now as if she had been liberated from those chains that kept
her from speaking her native language, she spoke endlessly with her dad. We arrived at our
destination and to my surprise, it was a church. I had never my life been to church on a Saturday
afternoon, most likely because my mom and I only had time to come to church on SundayВґs.So
many things were happening at the same time in the same room where Katherine's dad left us.
There was a karate class happening right in front of us while some feet in front there were tables
with roses, string, markers, all scattered up.

My friend and I were sitting at the park. We were planning how to spend this long summer. George, my friend, gave me many plans for this summer but I didn't agree with him. He was a lazy gay. His plan was: sleep till 11 a.m., and then play video games till 5 p.m. and then go to sleep. He says that this must continue every day. I didn't like it and gave him some advices for summer. My plan for summer was: Find a good job and work there for two month, and then if we collect our money, we can buy whatever you want. He didn't like my plan but he agreed. • 2. My Best Friend Essay Friends will come and go like the leaves of a breezy fall day. But some stick around even on the worst days. As the lights beam down on me at a Shippensburg soccer game with my best friend Izzy, a thought crossed my mind. What if we had never met? All of our memorable adventures we experienced together. Like Black Friday Shopping, Hersheypark, Sky Zone, and our trip to Baltimore together would have never happened. So I'm taken back to that wildcard day in third grade when I met Isabel Soliday. It was a breezy October day, school had started to get into the swing. I was in third grade at the time. Since I was the youngest in my building, I was feeling like a weed in a forest full of tree's. At the time school was lonely, none of my friends had even one class with me, and in their free time, they were playing with there new friends. Little did I know, that day I would meet one of my best friends to this day. I don't know what we were working on, but I do remember we picked sticks to determine our partners. Sticking my hand in the cold metal tin, I reached in and picked the number twenty–two. As Mrs. Keenan called the number, I looked into the crowd of kids to see a blonde freckled girl standing there. After everyone was done picking their partners, we found a seat at the front of the room on the soft, brown, but worn carpet. As we worked, we talked quietly, until we had so much passion for the subject our voices carried to others. After class was over, we Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 3. My Best Friend Essay Sarah and I have been bestfriends since I could remember. She had dirty blonde hair that flowed in the wind like the currents in the ocean, her eyes were sea blue, she was slender, and she was beautiful. Growing up we were never separated. It was just like I had another sister around all the time. Whenever I needed to cry I went to her. Whenever I needed a hug I went to her. Whenever I needed something such as a simple laugh I went to her. She's always kept my secrets and I've kept hers. We've told eachother everything, no matter how embarrassing, sad, awful, depressing, she would tell me everything. After all she was my best friend. The statement, time flies when you're having fun, is true because I've gone through it. At least everyone...show more content... Each little point differing in size and shape. As I entered back into my house my cheeks were rosy from being outside and my hair was filled with tiny feathery ice crystals. I sat down at the kitchen island. My heart was beating so hard I could feel it in my stomach. I put my long light brown hair, that was covering my face, around my ear so I could see the letter clearly. My hands were shaking. I was not getting a good vibe. Was the anticipation of waiting to open the letter worse than opening the letter itself? Eventually I opened the letter. It read: Dear Bethany, I've read hundreds of books, poems, and magazines. Out of all the variations of texts one quote comes to mind that has made an impact on me by John Green, "That's the thing about pain, it's demanded to be felt." I've never told you about this before but my parents have been in a rough situation right now. They are always fighting about irrelevant paraphernalia and it gets to the point where my father is taking his anger out on me. I feel like I'm not safe, not welcome, and not important anymore. They don't even say a word to me when I am home. Nothing. Not a single word. My emotions I'm keeping from expressing are like an wretched illness inside of me. I don't know if it's depression but it sure as hell feels like it. I feel as if I'm being enclosed, sucked into eternity, sucked into the black void. The feeling depresses me into a flaccid nothingness. It Get more content on HelpWriting.net

Basically what happened was on the first day I was at silver hills and had no idea who anyone was so i just sat at a table and she was like, "Hi I'm Daphnie what's your name?," of course i said Jonna cause that's my name. She said of course cause i mean come on i'm amazing! Honestly we had a lot of good memories together from the 6th grade and i'm very excited to create brand new ones with her. The dictionary's definition of a good friend is a person attached to another by feelings of affection or personal regard. A good friend is there when you are struggling. For example, when a boy breaks your heart a good friend walks you through it and offers a shoulder to cry on. According to Bree Neff, a good friend is someone who is trustworthy, doesn't talk behind your back, listens to your problems, gives good advice and tries to lend humor along with his or her support. They are someone who, if they say they are going to do something, they do it and don't bail out. Good friends are people with whom you can talk to and trust with your secrets. You can tell a friend anything and know they won't open their mouth just for the fun of it because they like and respect you too much to hurt you. If you have something you feel like you can't tell anyone about, they are the friends you can tell. A good friend is someone who when you tell them personal stuff you don't have to worry, you know your secret is safe. Trusted friends are those you can tell your flaws to and know your revelations are safe. Sometimes after you tell people certain information you think: "What in the world was I thinking?" but a trustworthy person won't ever make you feel like that. What is a loyal friend? • 8. Personal Narrative: Goodbye My Best Friend Essay Goodbye It is amazing how many things we take for granted. We make plans for the day, and don't think twice about how those plans can be taken away in the blink of an eye. I never thought much about it myself, until I was faced with the shock, and undeniable truth of my cousin's death. I don't think anyone really thinks about tragedy until they are actually faced with shocking news. It was a bright and warm summer morning when I woke from a good night sleep. Nothing prepared me for the dark, gloomy and sad day ahead of me. You see, this was the day that my cousin and childhood best friend passed away in an auto accident. • 9. Friendship Essay : My Best Friend A friend is someone that you trust and you enjoy spending time with. Everyone needs a friend because without friend life would be boring. Friends are important because they boost your happiness and reduce your stress. Friends are easy to find but a best friend is very hard to find. Best Friends are very important because they increase your self–confidence, you can share secrets, unlimited laughter, and adventures. To have a best friend you do not have to know them for a long time you just have to feel comfortable around them and trust them. One of my best friends name is Pawornwan but I call her Bam. she only lets certain people call her Bam like her friends or family. I met Bam my freshmen year of high school she was new to the school and was also a freshman. The first time I saw her was in our English class she did not speak much English but whenever I would talk to her I would understand her by her movement of hands when she didn't know a word. She didn't talk a lot when we were with my old friend but when she was just with me she would talk more. When I left my old friend group I would only say hi or have a small conversation when I would see her in the hallway. Junior year we ended up having a class together so we decided to be friends again. Now we are very close more than we were when we were freshman. She talks more and is more outgoing. I know more about her know then when I did the first time I was friends with her. She is Thai and I'm Mexican American so we don't have a ton of things in common. I love having a friend from a different culture because I love learning new things about her culture and the things that they believe in. For example, she says that whoever gets the last bit of the food gets a handsome husband. Some of her believes are funny because we don't have them in my culture. We all need a friend that makes us forget to check the time because we are having a marvelous time. My best friend Ruby is like my sister. We first meet in sixth grade and we became friends but when we were in seventh grade we stopped hanging out because we both started hanging out with other people. We still said hi when we would see each other but it wasn't the same. Then we had a yoga class together our Get more content on HelpWriting.net

  • 11. Descriptive Essay About My Best Friend The "Best" Friend I feel a vibration in my pocket, I check my phone and I'm surprised to get an invitation from Rod, my ex–bestfriend. I haven't hung out with this group for years, but I decide to attend and maybe reconnect with them. I walk into the door, and I'm greeted with a big smile from "friends" that I haven't really talked to in years. As we watch the UCLA football game, and more people walk into the house, I start to greet them cautiously. "Hey jeet," said one of them as they walked through the door. Baljeet was a name given to me on the last day of elementary school, and that nickname brought up some bad memories. But after years of ridicule, I learned to just ignore it. Rod turns on the Xbox, like he would any other night of the week, and my friends start playing NBA 2k18. As I sit on the couch in the back of the room silently, I start to think why I'm here and what happened to my relationship with Rod over the years. It was fifth grade during a two week stretch where we spent time with each other almost every other day. We could spend all these hours together and never get bored. And this day was no different, Rod went bowling the day before and I discovered cup–stacking. I tried to show off my cup–stacking skills in a 3–2–1 formation, like a fair game. Then, he took a baseball and hurled it at my creation. Like telepathic twins, the same idea came to both of our minds: "Let's make a..." I proposed, "Carnival" Rod yelled out. • 12. Personal Narrative Essay : My Best Friend My best friend is always there when I need her the most, has my back when times get rough, and I can always tell her my deepest darkest secrets. My best friend's name is Tea Elaine Valentine. We have been best friends for nine years and counting. We met in the third grade. I was introduced to Tea by another friend of mine. She thought I was weird at first, but as she got to know me we have been best friends ever since. Tea and I are two different people. Tea is more of the outspoken, no filter, and whatever comes to mind is said. I'm more of the quiet and laid back. I have learned many things from Tea like learning how to speak up for myself, never to let anyone walk all over me, and it is okay to say how you feel. Are friendships have stayed strong this many years because of our loyalty, listening ear, and always being there for each other. From third grade to sixth grade Tea and I were stuck together like glue. Every day after school we would call each other on the house phone and we would talk for hours. When it was time for the weekend I was always at her house or she was at my house to spend the night. My after school routine was the same as always but this phone conversation started off different. "I have something to tell you," Tea said."Yes?" I replied. She said "I'm moving to Big Rapids next year" . After hearing this news I was so devastated. I felt like I was losing my best friend. She was only moving three hours away, I felt like she was moving across the Get more content on HelpWriting.net

She has persistently gotten me through all of my rough patches, with that being said, every time we talk she knew what I need to hear to get me through or get ahead of it in life. Nonetheless, we are very alike, but we still obviously have our differences, yet I admire how we will always cooperate and try to imagine and picture ourselves in the other person's position. She always gives me her best friend and at the same time her motherly advice. She is kind hearted, but is not afraid to rip the bandage when needed. We both gossip and laugh about everything! Our conversations can go on for the longest time. There is nothing but love to the fact that we will manage our time for each other even if our schedules are a little hassled. On top of that, maturing in life is very important to me. I never want to have a friend that doesn't grow. I confront everything life throws at my direction. • 14. I Met My Best Friend For every person that exists, there is at least one other person with whom they will laugh with, love with, and live life with. These are the people who will support the decisions you make, encourage you to keep going after massive failures and love you despite all your flaws. We cherish the relationships we build and the friendships we have because without friends, we would be alone. I met my best friend when I was eleven–years–old. Our teacher forced us to sit next to each other after the first few days of school. We didn't talk to each other much because we both had our own friends. However, one day, we decided to each lunch together and we started hanging out more and more. Soon, we became inseparable. People could tell that we were best friends by the way we acted around each other. Much like my best friend and I, the devotion and loyalty between two friends are shown through real life interactions. However, written words can also show how much two friends care for one another. Text messages and wedding speeches may seem to have no connection to each other but both genres reveal how close two people are. A wedding speech is usually given by the maid–of–honor and the best man. These two positions hold special meaning because it is meant to be given by someone whom the bride and groom cherish and love. To be given the position of maid–of–honor or best man already shows how much love and respect the bride or groom has for their friend. Wedding speeches, in return, show Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 15. My Cousin Is My Best Friend Some people don't even know their cousins or they don't talk to them at all. That is not the case for me. My cousin is my best friend. She has been my best friend since I was little. She is a big part of my life and I can tell her everything. We lived down the road from each other for many years and we would be together all the time. We were inseparable and we still are today. My cousin, Brie Pulczinski, is a big influence on my life. She is 19 years old and she lives in West Fargo, so not too far away. Some cousins look alike somewhat but Brie and I do not look alike at all. Brie has dark brown hair–almost black. We are about the same height. Brie has a great personality, there are so many reasons to love her. She is someone I can look up to and always go to for advice. Also, it seems like a lot of stuff doesn't get her down and if she is down she is not a person to constantly complain about it. We may be five years apart in age but when we are together none of that matters. Brie and I are alike in so many ways. There are so many memories we have together; some good, some bad but I wouldn't trade them for the world. I'm not going to lie, when we were younger we were trouble makers. Brie was not a very good influence when we were younger. Her and her brother Chase would always try to make me do stuff to get me in trouble. When I was younger, they were the older kids and I always wanted to be cool just like them. So, I did literally everything they told me to do. Which Get more content on HelpWriting.net

  • 17. Descriptive Essay About My Best Friend My best friend, I remember it was the first days of my senior year when I met my him, we had 1st, 3rd and 7th hour together. I saw him since the first day but I didn't talk to him at all, so after a couple days in school he sat next to me, and I was like "He seems nice, I'm going to talk to him" so I did, I remember he had a bracelet on his hand, and say "that's a nice bracelet" he looked at me really bad like I was bothering him and he just say "thank you" and he moved his hand away, I was so sad because I felt like he didn't liked me, so I didn't talk to him, I was like that's what I get for trying to be nice. After a couple weeks he kept seating next to me, one day he started talking to me and out of nowhere we became friends, he had so many things in common, the type of music we listen, he has a great sense of humor, I just loved his personality. But he say that's not how things happen, at least that's how I remember them. I truly believe it was because of proximity that we became friends, because we interact with each other, and after the first thirty minutes of talking to him, I felt so comfortable talking with him, if he had never sat next to me probably I wouldn't met him. Approach behaviors played a big role in our friendship because I saw that he was interested on getting to know me and I was so interested on him too, after spend weeks getting information about him, his background and his interest, I considered him my truthly friend and I can be myself around him. • 18. My Best Friend Essay My Best Friend Have you ever had someone in your life who helped you figure out who you were? Someone who showed you the right path. Someone who was there right next you even if you did not take that path. Someone who always seemed to be right, but never held it against you when you were not. Someone whom without your life would most likely be entirely different. I have. Her name was Jessica. Jessica was more than my neighbor. She was more than my mentor. She was my best friend. Jessica lived three houses down from me when I moved into a new neighborhood. She made moving to a new neighborhood a lot easier. She was one of those people who was friends with everybody. I can not remember a time when she had something unpleasant to say about someone. That was one of many valuable lessons I learned from her and have made apart of my life. She seemed to know everything. Anytime I had a perplexing question I knew she would know what to tell me. Her wisdom spanned several subjects. Everything from the textbook things they wanted me to learn in school, to the life lessons that there are no textbooks for. She taught me by example. She showed me that it was just a waste of my time and energy getting mad, upset, angry or so irate that I allowed myself to be controlled by my emotions. She was always calm, patient, and even tempered when faced with people who were less than pleasant to be around. I learned from watching her deal with people that being nice never fails. And I learned from watching her deal with the situations life would present that as long as you gave everything you had to give and never quit, you could never be beat. Jessica was a truly amazing friend. She was a true friend. I could always depend on her being there for me with the right words of advice. Even if I did not want to hear what she was saying. She had been exactly where I was and she knew how perilous the journey of adolescence could be. She informed and guided me in my choices. Yet she never forced anything on me. • 19. My Best Friend Essay The last time I saw my best friend was definitely a time I would never forget. It was the best yet worst day of my life. Yet It taught me that letting go isn't always the best thing, but can change you as a person. Summer vacation had just started. When school ended, I went away for a week for my first travel. Nina however, was staying in Moscow, attending a tennis camp for a week. During that week that we didn't constantly talk to each other, which was just a small glimpse of what the future had in store for us. Coming back to Moscow from that incredibly long week. I was very eager to see her once again. Unfortunately, I had to wait a while, because tennis camp only ended a few days after I came back. The feeling of being in the same place as your best friend but not being able to see her was torture. Every day that came closer to when I would see her was exciting, yet terrifying at the same time. I knew that this would be a day that I would definitely not foget. I remember seeing her, how my heart lifted, hearing her voice again, I was the happiest person. We planned the whole day. Our first destination was Nebo, a trampoline park. On the way there, with Moscow's unusual weather, it was pouring. By pouring I mean the cars were swimming. When we got out of the car we were running around the streets. Drenched in water, as we entered the park. Walking into the building, seeing the receptionists reaction was hilarious. Mocking their faces of disgust. The whole time the two of Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 20. My Day With My Best Friend After a long stressful test, I was going to spend the day with my best friend, Katherine, for the first time after, so long now that her mom trusted me more. "Honk!'' was the sound I heard that signaled me that Katherine's dad was here. She opened the door, as usual because she was so courteous to me at school. I got into the rusty gray Honda. Once I got into the car I knew it was out of my comfort zone because it was my first time meeting Katherine's Dad outside of school. "Hello, Katherine 's dad," I said tentatively. He responded back with a simple hello and simply resumed his talk with Katherine as if she had never left the car. They were talking, so quick I had no idea what to do, so I kept quiet the whole car ride and looked out the window. The whole car ride was of a foreign language I had barely heard Katherine speak at school, when her mom, my 5th grade math teacher came around. Now as if she had been liberated from those chains that kept her from speaking her native language, she spoke endlessly with her dad. We arrived at our destination and to my surprise, it was a church. I had never my life been to church on a Saturday afternoon, most likely because my mom and I only had time to come to church on SundayВґs.So many things were happening at the same time in the same room where Katherine's dad left us. There was a karate class happening right in front of us while some feet in front there were tables with roses, string, markers, all scattered up. Get more content on HelpWriting.net
