 Login into our portal and click on
requirements.
 There you find all the requirements, type
of requirement, Sponsorship etc...
 For Job Description, click on the
requirement mentioned, you will find.
How to assign your consultant to
the requirement?
 On the right side you find a Button Tab,
below that you find a icon to attach the
file, Click on it and add your consultant
Resume for the required position.
 After that click on Submit.
 Your consultant will be added for the
required position.
 You find the consultant status in the
candidate Tab.
What will happen after assigning
the consultant.
 Our Sales Team will Make a call to
recruiter and as well as consultant and
make agreements.
 They will schedule the interview for the
candidate.
 Each and every status will be given to the
candidate as well as to the recruiter.
 Recruiters can track the status of the
candidate by using our repherrals portal.
How recruiters get benefited?
 When once your Consultant gets placed.
 The status will be informed to the
Recruiter then after to the consultant.
 Recruiters get the referral bonus only
after the consultant works for 90days with
the organisation.
How much does the recruiter get?
 Recruiter gets a huge amount of
Rs.100000 to Rs.250000 depending upon
the hot requirement as mentioned.
 For each PO recruiter gets referral bonus.
