Grant legislation, for the proposed projects in the St. Thomas/St. John District, as
described:

Bill 28-0138: “To approve the projects to be funded with the 2009 Community
Development Block Grant (CBDG) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD), and to consider granting VIHFA authority to re-program monies not
utilized within time frames set by law or agreement.”
