In this context, it is necessary to able to strategically analyze the business environment and lead people and companies, in order to anticipate the challenges posed by this competitive market. In addition, the decision-making process requires prepared leaders, proactive, with an entrepreneurial, global and innovative spirit. Therefore, there is a need to create a program for Latin America executives, who need to be up to date on the major market trends and the latest models and concepts of competitive business management, mainly in strategy, innovation, leadership, globalization and internationalization. Thus, Cornell structured a unique executive program for the Latin America leaders.
