MY APPROACH: Cross continental peer-to-peer skills exchange & professional development • In a single-frame library professionals and academics committed to the support of researchers will be brought together • Utilizing the latest technology for communication the platform will be set for a dialogue of equals around key topics that inform our ongoing professional practice and service provided Professional knowledge and skills exchange/enhancing staff competencies

Development of global partnerships (London and the World) CPD; up-skilling of the professional/academic staff providing a platform for cross- continental bi-lateral dialogue, skills exchange and enriched insight into trends and professional practice Enhances and promotes Goldsmiths-Library’s reputation in HE and positions the library as a significant agent in highlighting the brand internationally It creates a professional/academic platform for both partner stakeholders to explore future knowledge and skills sharing using ICT medium for peer-to-peer networking across continents
