    did my first Slidecast and I have to say it was EASY folks!! There are these pauses between slides that I wish I could edit out, but anywho, it's fantastic!!

    Love it or hate it, house calls are going to command attention this year in a post HC reform era... what software are you using to put your preso's together? I've been using google doc's and copying/pasting pertinent images from the web... I have a new monitization idea for you for healthcare CME presentations. View for free but if you want accredited CME ( continuing medical education) pay 10$ or something with a split between slideshare and the content provider. This preso I uploaded yesterday has been accredited for CME ( physicians, nurses, residents, social workers, etc...) by University of Kentucky, I'll be doing it live there in May. There are many CME sites of academic institutions which provide free view of the content, then you take a test and pay 10$ to get a CME certificate for an hour of CME ( doc's need 25 CME's a year to maintain medical licensure). I don't know the market size here, anyone??
