Greetings!
Congratulations for taking the wise step to build a four storied house.
Reference your telecom with Renu Rampal this morning it seems the items have been removed from our back
side. This is to thank you for your co-operation in this matter.
I would also like to point out that whether the Contractor, Chowkidar or Rickshawalla dumps material
anywhere the ultimate buck ends with the owner. I request you to kindly supervise proceedings under your
own eye and on a regular basis. Other neighbors are also of the same view.
Attached are three pictures which depict the dismal situation at our backyard. The issues are for your kind
perusal in future
 Iron grills and stones or other material rests on our walls and this weakens the walls. When H No 99
was being constructed a similar situation developed and we had to build our side wall after H No 99
was constructed.
 Storing material behind our house blocks ingress and egress out of our back door, which is used by
several Inspectors from DJB, GAIL etc. Even we use it.
 The gas pipe of GAIL carries inflammable gas and the iron grill with hooks rests on it very precariously -
please see picture carefully. Any damage to the gas pipe line will be extremely hazardous for the
colony and its residents. When H No 60 was being constructed the GAIL Inspector had informed the
Chowkidar and also us that lighting up fires, Hanging clothes from GAIL pipeline or storage of wood or
inflammable items is forbidden near such gas pipelines.
 Our back wall on which your material rests has the whole gamut of water pipes that bring water into
our house and any damage to our outside walls will mean NO WATER for us.
 The back lane apart from gas pipelines also has the water and sewage drains. The constant pounding of
TOR/TMT Steel rods in the back lane also weakens such drains and the ferules.
I am sure you are aware of all these shortcomings. From our side we are ready and willing to extend our co-
operation provided our interests are protected. I hope you understand our anxiety in the matter.
