▪ STUDYOF MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF HYDROXYL AMINE SULPHATE AND DESIGN
OF NOx GAS COOLER
The goal was to design a NOx gas cooler which involves in the NO oxidation step in the
manufacturing of HYAM. This included a detailed process flow sheet, material balance and
design of main equipments.(Project done:- January - February 2013 as a part of final year
project work in the petrochemical division of FACT Ltd. )
▪ PROCESS DESIGN OF ACRYLIC ACID PLANT
The goal was to design a plant which produces 200 TPD of Acrylic Acid. This included a
detailed process flow sheet, material balance and design of main equipments. (Project done:-
November 2012, T.K.M college of Engineering, Kollam )
