Six Sigma Mentoring

Need: Oftentimes mere training does not provide enough knowledge and skill for
belts to take up improvement projects without guidance and mentoring for at least a
couple of projects. Mentoring and hand-holding provides the belts with support
 during the first project

Methodology: Weekly interaction with each team – at least for 2-3 hours per week
gives the specialist enough time to understand the problem, look at data, monitor
progress, help in root cause analysis, and suggest the way forward till the next
 interaction.

 Benefits:
    • Completion of improvement projects in a time-bound manner.
    • Value addition through realization of improvement benefits earlier.
    • More teams complete their projects in time resulting in accelerated benefits
