• More than 2.5 Years of Experience in Project Management, New Product development & Development
product quality.
• Responsible for executing & tracking the program in all aspects, from program award (or "Request for
Quotation" [RFQ] till 3 months after Start of Production.
• Preparing BOM, Technical review and organize technical discussion with customer for feasibility of product.
• Responsible for APQP, PPAP (PFD, FMEA & CP) of new parts and to present development progress report
to customers on regular basis.
• Communicate and co-ordinate with the cross-functional program team (Sales, Controlling, Purchasing,
Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Product & Process engineering), and define team members' objectives and
assignments.
• Development of Post Molding Processes i.e. machining, Fixture development as per the product characteristic
requirements.
• To Check & validate Testing requirements (Part level as well as assembly level) of the developed parts.-
Polymer Testing i.e. Viscosity Test, Rough Cutting Test, Cleanliness Test etc..
• Provide technical support to customers in terms of quality on new projects during product development.
• To fill IMDS for different components as well as assembly.
• Technical support & monitoring of quality improvement process of vendors and suppliers.
