No person to be Sad or Unhappy. •It is against Human Nature, But why it is still that we get upset so very often for unnecessary reasons? It’s very common that we get upset for no particular reason sometimes. •When someone asks you why you are upset no one ever takes the effort to change oneself. •We are always trying to change the other person to suit our needs, so that we may be happy, But one thing to remember is that you can never become happy unless you change yourself. •Happiness is not something we can get from outside, its something that you have to look for within yourself, and the only way we can do is that to put in a little effort to change some of our ways. •Just try out theseTen Simple Points and see how you can transform your life.

Learn to be Contended……!  Are you Satisfied with what you are?  Answer in Probably NO, Because most you are not satisfied that what you are but you always think and grip what you are not.  In this process you are fail to see and observe that what you are or what you have. This make’s your life miserable. For a change why don’t you try to be, contended what you are or what you have. In way you will be able to enjoy whatever you are or what little you have.

  5. 5. Stop Daydreaming……….!!!  What I mean here is to stop building Castle in Sky. Most of us live in this type of world.  We all live in our own dream world, in which we have all the happiness and prosperous future life with lots of money and comforts.  Well it’s time to wake-up. A person who live in dreamland can’t accept any unfavorable thing happening to him. So, Don’t Expect more and more in this world, & stop expecting and learn to take life as it comes.That the true sport.

Live in Present…..!  As we have discuss previously that people live in their dreamland that how the future should be or we brooding over whatever happened in the past, this makes our life HELL.  Its OK to make Mistakes, no one is perfect in this world every person had made some mistakes. So, the Past is dead, becauseTime doesn’t return and Future in uncertain, because you can not vision the comingTime.  Tomorrow doesn’t exist unless we step into the tomorrow, so don’t worry about future and live in Present, How can ever think of being happy in future? So Learn to live in Present.
  7. 7. Never Mind the Criticism  Some People are over sensitive and burst into sobs for any small reason. If people criticizes you there is no reason to raise a storm.  If you feel that there is some meaning in what he said then try to change yourself for the better. Or else don’t Bother.  If we stand and argue or fight we are wasting our own energy and peace mind.  If you hold ill feelings against others, it doesn’t affect them in any way but only you suffer from mental exertion.  So, why give a chance for others to make you unhappy? People can affect you only as much as you allow them to.  So, don’t give them a chance for that

Never Mind The Mistakes & Failure…!  We all know the Famous SayingThat Failure are the Stepping of Success.  You may have fail but its not the end of world, failure are the part of life and definitely the stepping stones.  Unless we make mistakes we won’t be able to learn.  Anything, we become is the stagnant like trees and plants. If we make mistake we learn from it and not to try it again.  You all know about the life of Famous Scientist ThomasAlba Edison Inventor of Bulb,That how he get success in his life after failure.There are many example of this Part in ourWorld.

Say Goodbye to Anger and Jealousy….!  You all know the Green Eyed Monster is one of the greatest enemy of our.When you are jealous of someone you are miserable and can’t tolerate even meeting that person.This affects you and only your mental state, its doesn’t harm the other person in any way.  Anger is another Enemy of our , in which we gain less and lose more. When we are angry we say things which we regret later on, and once you have said something you can’t take it back.  So try control your temper and try not to be jealous of anyone, because in both cases only you are the loser…!
  10. 10.  Being confident doesn’t cost you anything. Most of us feel Don’t feel confident and consider ourselves to be good for nothing.This attitude will get you Nowhere in life. So, try to be confident, just remember that you are in no way inferior to anyone so then why shouldn't you be Confident? Self confidence comes from within you when you are Positive, Optimistic and Never Pessimistic.
  11. 11.  Very often when we even think of work our blood pressure starts rising! Most of the time the feeling of burden of work is more than the work itself.Try to develop more interest and enjoy your work.Then you won’t even feel there is a Burden.  A mind free of fears, tensions, obsessions, cravings etc is a pure mind. A pure and clean mind means mental hygiene. Physical and mental health is necessary for good health and better living.
