Robert is Director, Benelux for Pentacle, The Virtual Business School
About Pentacle People
Robert leads the Benelux project and programme management practice for Pentacle,
with the key objective of supporting clients to achieve successful and sustainable
change.
With senior management experience spanning multiple industries, a run as a dot com entrepreneur and as a
dedicated business educator, Robert brings focus, clarity and effectiveness to businesses and organisations that are
seeking understanding and solutions to achieve success in an increasingly complex world.
Robert has worked on business transformation, change management and large-scale business system deployment
programmes with industry leaders including Canon, HBOS/Lloyds, Heineken, Fidelity, Royal Mail, Avery Dennison,
Versatel, Time Warner, KPN Telecom, Swisscom and Rabobank. He has previously taught Masters, MBA and
Executive MBA-level courses at the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University, the University of
Leiden and Delft Technical University (Top Tech) in the Netherlands, and Keele University and Lancaster University
in the UK.
Based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Robert and his team deliver Pentacle’s unique Learning to Transform™
vision, approach and teaching style to clients in the Benelux and beyond.
Born in Belgium and raised and educated in the United States, Canada, Bermuda and the
Netherlands, Robert is a transplanted American with a great fondness for travel, wine, food,
technology and skiing.
