This document discusses digital innovation for public administrations to support the aging population. A team of 13 people in a rural area of France develops technologies and designs new services through co-design workshops with elderly users. The team works on European projects in 4 countries to imagine tools and services for seniors living in social housing. Two specific neighborhoods in Lyon are examined where workshops explore services to help with daily needs like accessing newspapers or having family support. Ideas are discussed and categorized by needs, and services are envisioned with consideration of necessary resources, relationships, personal enrichment, economic models, and conditions for success.
