The following informational material was created to intruduce the public to my ongoing research of multitouch technology. My research focuses on the evaluation of usability characteristics of various multitouch devices for children with physical disabilities who are unable to utilize a traditional computer or mouse.

Examples of Existing Multitouch Surface Interfaces
Recent Multitouch Popularity Apple iPhone Microsoft Surface & Windows7 Lenovo S-10 3T Grant funding would go toward the custom construction of 5 multitouch platforms, the purchase of 2 iPads, and 2 Lenovo S-10 3T multitouch tablets. These would be used for multitouch research initiatives for children with physical disabilities.
Ongoing research revolves around the possibility of multitouch technology as an equalizing technology for all demographics of computer users.
