  6. 6. I am sad as my pet dog died yesterday.
  7. 7. My parents have no money
  8. 8. I was not selected in the school cricket teams. I am sad.
  9. 9. My parents always quarrel with each other. I feel sad.
  10. 10. I miss my lost parents. I am sad.
  11. 11. I miss my parents in hostel. I am sad.
  12. 12. I am sad but I don’t know why?
  13. 13. Sadness is a natural human emotion. Like other emotions, sad feelings come and go. Some sad feelings last only a moment, some last longer.
  14. 14. What makes you feel sad?
  15. 15. Things don't go your way. Maybe something doesn't work out the way you hoped. 1. your team lost a game 2. you got a bad grade on a test 3. you didn't get picked for the play.
  16. 16. Your feelings get hurt. You might feel sad if 1. someone let you down, 2. left you out 3. hurt your feelings with something he or she said.
  17. 17. You lose something special. 1.Your favourite book/pen 2.Mobile phone 3.Your computer has stopped working 4.Your pocket money
  18. 18. You miss someone. 1. favorite friend 2. Your brother or sister 3. your parents 4. Your pet
  19. 19. You hear about something sad. You might feel sad when you 1. watch a sad movie 2. read a sad part in a book 3. someone tells you about a sad thing that happened.
  20. 20. Someone dies. 1. a close relative 2. Your pet kind of sadness has a special name — grief.
  21. 21. A problem makes you sad. Related to school: 1. bullying, 2. friendship troubles, 3. difficult schoolwork 4. Pending home works
  22. 22. A problem makes you sad. family problems — 1. like divorce of parents 2. Parents losing a job, 3. Parents arguing, 4. money problems 5. health conditions. 6. Slow Internet
  23. 23. Here are some positive ways to deal with sad feelings:
  24. 24. Sad feelings don't have to take over your mood or ruin your day. You can do things to help yourself feel better.
  25. 25. You can do things to prevent sad feelings from sticking around too long or becoming too strong.
  26. 26. Try to identify the reason: Tell yourself , It's OK. It happens. Remind yourself that sadness will pass and you'll feel better.
  27. 27. Bounce back from failures: When things don't go your way, don't give up! There's always next time. Give yourself credit for trying.
  28. 28. Think positive. Think of one or two good things about yourself or your situation. If mobile is lost think that it was wasting your time.
  29. 29. Believe in yourself. Think about what you can do and how things can get better to get good grade or to be selected in team.
  30. 30. Think of solutions: Coming up with ways to solve a problem or cope with a situation can help you feel confident, and good . You can access your brother’s computer if yours is not working.
  31. 31. Get support from the people who cares you like 1. Parents 2. friends 3. teachers They can comfort you when you feel sad.
  32. 32. Put yourself in a good mood: Shake off a sad mood by doing things that put you in a more positive mood.
  33. 33. 1. Play a game or sport 2. ride a bike , run walk 3. Dance ,listen to music 4. see cartoons 5. make art 6. Read a comics,j okes 7. spend time with friends 8. have some fun, and feel better.
