paving process.

• Detailed drawings for manufacturability & Assembly by using Autodesk inventor.
2. Compact asphalt (Dynapac, Germany):
Scope of work:
• Compact asphalts a special kind of paver which lays two layers of asphalt (Binder & wearing
course) at a time.
• Provided Design support for structural & sheet metal components for compact asphalt machine.
• Developing concepts, BOM, Modeling & Detailed drawings for sub systems like Roof, Platform.
• Detailed drawings of Mainframe, conveyor etc. by using Autodesk inventor.
3. Pressure Vessels (BARC, ARIES, VSSC, LPSC, HAL)
• Cold walled Horizontal vacuum furnace – This system is specially designed for Heat treatment
of the material.
• Vacuum Chamber with pumping system - High vacuum chamber with pumping system is
specially designed for space borne instrumentation development activities.
• Rotary vacuum brazing furnace - Water cooled double walled vacuum chamber used for brazing
of two dissimilar components at high vacuum environment.
• Contouring Machine re-engineering.
Contouring machine is a special purpose machine exclusively used for profile and bevel edge grinding of
mineral glass crystals in wristwatch. Project involved analysis, modeling, assembly, and manufacturing
drawings with Autodesk inventor.
