I am a 'problem solver' kind of person. I use whatever is most suitable to work out right solution to problem, and what to do to not step on that axe-rake again. Sometime it is hardware, sometimes it is better software configuration, sometimes it is people and processes. In NetCracker company I work on solutions performance aspects from performance testing standpoint. Not just testing, but challenging solution design, helping in establishing performance-assurance practices in project dev and test teams.
