Education

My work and training experience is various and covers different areas. The main thread that keeps all them connected is represented by systemic approach, evaluative research, quali-quantitative methods, inter-disciplinarity. I have a Master degree in Psychology of social processes and economic behaviour. I have been working as a trainer, fixing my knowledge about learning and my skills about Human resources management; I have also been working as a researcher, going deeper into qualitative and quantitative methods knowledge. I have managed training and organisational complex systems modeling, and training programs evaluation.
