Pamela MacKellar has practiced librarianship for over 25 years primarily in small, rural, public and tribal libraries, and small special libraries. She is currently working as a consultant, speaker, instructor and writer. Pamela is the 2010 winner of the Loleta D. Fyan Grant in partnership with the New Mexico State Library for the project, “Online Management Course for New Library Directors in New Mexico.” She is the author of The Accidental Librarian (Information Today, Inc., 2008) and coauthor of Grants for Libraries: a How-To-Do-It Manual (Neal-Schuman Publishers, Inc., 2006) and the Library Grants Blog (www.blogspot.librarygrants.com).
