Director
Shobha Shandilya has a vast experience of 18 years in HR, Sales & Marketing, Corporate
Communications, Logistics, Purchasing,, Organization Development, Human Resources, on Regional and all
India basis in various industries including Man Guarding industry.
She is a Bachelor in arts, an MBA from Delhi University. She is a professional with demonstrated success in
delivering results, optimizing business efficiency. Her last assignment was as National Account Manager in
DLF, a brand name in real estate. She has been Visiting Faculty member Indian Productivity Management
Lucknow and Lucknow University.
Director of Finance
Alok Shandilya has a vast industry experience of 25 years. He has headed different departments at
National level during his tenure with Modi Group. His experience in Corporate and Government
department adds a value to our company and our core team. He has done his Post Graduate Diploma from
Indian Institute of Foreign Trade; he has been part of many training programs like Total Quality
Management and PSS.
Vice President Operations
Col. Vinay Mathur
An alumni of St. Columba’s School, Delhi, joined NDA in 1969. He was commissioned in 1973 in the
MADRAS REGIMENT. He also had the privilege to lead the Services Cricket Team. He was the First Army
Officer to carry out the Beach Landing in Sri Lanka, as a part of Peace keeping Force. He served in the
Northern & Eastern Sectors and was selected for National Security Guard (Black Cat Commandos). In his
illustrious service commanded 1st Lushai Hills Battalion in Manipur/ Mizoram. He was a dedicated Directing
Staff in The War College. He Superannuated in Dec 2005 and has since been closely associated with
Security Services.
18. PLN9 is now recognized by The Ministry of Rural Development
(NSDC & SKSDC) as Training Partner for providing Training Programs
for the upliftment of Rural Youth.
