Leadership	 Development of good leadership is a continuous process of mentoring, training, education and experience. Good leaders improve their leadership skills through constantly studying and working on their personal traits. Individually a leader cannot easily create or change organizational culture.
Why Lean Leadership? The role of leadership is vital in transforming an organization into a lean enterprise. The leader must have some unique qualities that can help in achieving world class competitiveness. The leader must act uniquely and innovatively by moving a step ahead of the traditional leadership roles.

Lean leaders understand and realize the waste elimination and enhancing value for the end customers are the basic objective of implementing lean that will ultimately contribute in better performance of an organization. Difference between traditional and lean leadership
Turning Leadership Theory into Practice	 Because the transition to a lean environment demands nothing less than a complete change of culture, the lean leader must develop exceptional people skills and will learn to: Teach people to think differently and to think for the organization. Encourage the development of skills and behaviors people to create and sustain a world class business enterprise.
