1. Two Milk Filling Lines – Two Innovations
Two milk filling lines and two innovative automatic blow molders APF-Max is a PET Technologies project
realized in collaboration with the partner - GEO Engineering company (a supplier of Italian milk filling
lines) for milk plant in Russia.
Milk factory “Avida”, Staryi Oskol, Belgorod oblast’, - the largest dairy producer in the region and the
fourth raw milk producer in the Russian Federation that has its own raw. “Avida” is the closed-cycle
enterprise where the production process starts with feed preparation, breeding cows, and ends with the
production of dairy from natural raw.
The plant has more than 60 whole milk product names and able to proceed 300 tons of milk per day.
Milk plant “Avida” bought the first APF-Max 6 in 2018 to use it in the bottling line. The blow molder
advantages – low installed power, blow molds quick change, all-electric configuration, and simplicity in
service – allowed it to operate very well on “Avida” production facilities. As a result, there was made a
decision to use the same equipment for the second milk filling line in 2019. For the moment plant has
two filling lines with output 10 000 bph each and bottle volume 0,29 and 0,93 L.
APF-Max series has 8 modifications with output ranges of 6000 to 14000 bph and bottle volumes 0,2-3,0
L. All model line has a quick changeover system for other preform types with 18-48 mm neck diameter.
Space-saving overall dimensions allow to install the machine on the small square on the client’s plant.
