Inititation
Our customers reach us from various channels and
provide us their high-level challenging project ideas. We
sign mutual NDA and start our initial interview. Our next
step is to prepare the feature set to be used as the basis
for proposal.

Proposal & Contract
After the initial analysis of the business case, we will be
presenting a clear proposal with the vision of the
solution that suites our customers’ business goals. Our
proposals are based on man-day pricing and provide all
the details with a Gantt chart. Then, we sign a mutual
contract and start the project.

Blueprint (Scope Document): We create a well-structured
document that reflects all the contents of the application
according to our detailed analysis.
Gantt Chart: According to our proposal, we create a

Wireframe: In this phase, our customers receive a draft-
looking design of the screens which we discuss the
general structure of the screens, buttons, flows which
helps us to revise easily and early in the project.
After wireframe approval, user interface design starts
and its shared with customers as a flow.

Development, Testing & Deployment
Alfa, beta and production versions coding, testing
and deployment starts. We share these pre-release
builds to our customers and make several iterations
based on the requests to finalize the production
version.
