Course Description
This is a core pharmacology subject. This course is designed to provide the detailed study
of drugs (pharmacokinetics & pharmacodynamics) acting on G.I.T, Endocrine system,
chemotherapy & to explain principles of toxiocology.

        Modes of Assessment:
Instruction for students:


1.    Assignment marks will be awarded only after conducting viva-voce which will be
      on the day of assignment submission.
2.    Late submission is not permissible and will attract minimum awards.
3.    For presentation, whole of the class is divided in to 5 groups and each group is
      again subdivided into 3 subgroups. Each subgroup has 4 students.
4.     Each group is assigned different subject for the presentation day.
5.    The presentation day attendance is equivalent to 4 lectures.
6.    The synopsis must be submitted one week before the presentation.
7.    75% attendance is mandatory, below this percentage; student will not be allowed
      to appear in the examination.
8.    The students will record the details of practicals in the practical note book and
      get it checked every time from the instructor after the experiment has been
      completed
