initial point of contact. Through phone and mail the BDC will

always a loss. We understand our numbers are
conservative. 400 leads that 60% apply for a
approved loan. 240 leads approved 30% actually
make it to the showroom. 80 approved leads in the
showroom, you close 20% creating 16 deliveries.
We know results will vary and some dealers will execute and do a higher number. We also know if we
give you conservative numbers you know what to expect and how to better manage this program. You
may start out with personnel that are not getting the job done at a rate you are expecting, so there will
