In 4 simple steps you can register with Paytm Mall

What are the documents you need for signup
process?
Cancelled cheque
Description
• Scanned copy of blank cancelled cheque on company name will only be taken to verify bank details
• In case of sole proprietor the cancelled cheque with company stamp can be considered
• In case of absence of cancelled cheque, the declaration letter from bank with bank details mentioned on bank letter
head with signature and stamp of authorized signatory can be considered
• Bank statement will not be considered for as valid document
• No hand writing, over writing or correction on cheque should be there

PAN card
• PAN card stands for Permanent Account Number, it’s mandatory for financial transactions
• PAN card should be on company name. However in case of sole proprietor it can be on seller name
• Scanned copy of PAN card is mandatory for verification
• Photocopy/online snapshot of PAN card will not be considered

Company address proof
• Address proof is a document which is required to verify your company address details
• Scanned copy of VAT/TIN, CST, Electricity/Telephone bill, rent invoice, lease agreement, Aadhaar card, driving
license, bank passbook on company name will only be considered
• In case of sole proprietor, the company address proof can be on seller name
• Electricity bill/Telephone bill/invoice should not be more than 3 months old
• Provisional certificate of VAT/TIN for address verification will not be considered

Warehouse address proof
• Warehouse address proof is a document which is required to verify your warehouse address details
• In case warehouse is in different state, VAT/TIN & CST document of the new warehouse state should be provided
• However in case of exempted categories, seller can provide Electricity/Telephone bill, rent invoice, lease agreement
• Electricity bill/Telephone bill/rent invoice should not be more than 3 months old
• Provisional certificate of VAT/TIN for address verification will not be considered

• VAT stands for Value Added Tax needed from every seller for registration to sell his products online
• For categories such as Unstitched apparels, Sarees, Handicrafts, Books VAT/TIN certificate is not required
• Upto 30 days old provisional certificate for VAT/TIN proof can be considered
• Scanned copy of The VAT/TIN certificate will be considered.
• Online snapshot of VAT/TIN will not be considered

Description
• Service tax certificate is mandatory for all digital categories except utilities, payments, education, trust societies and
deals
• VAT certificate is required if you are dealing in Retail services
• Service tax certificate should be on company name
• In case of entertainment category, entertainment challan is acceptable
• E-document/certificate scanned copy will be considered
• For Jammu and Kashmir state Service provider sellers, from the affiliation of Government of India service tax
document is not required, you can sell your services online on Paytm Mall

Uploading your products
in the catalogue
1. Get your products uploaded in the catalogue

How can you upload products in your catalogue?
Overview of the process:
Download the template sheet of your
product category
Fill in the template sheet with
appropriate information and save it
Share the filled template with your
account manager/ category spoc/
onboarding agent

Once your catalogue is created, you can edit your product’s quantity one by one via seller panel

Track your payments
1. Check your payments according to the payment date

Once your product is delivered to the customer, payment will be processed
When is payment transferred ?

Payment initiated

1. Payment initiation takes 2 days to start after delivery of product is completed.
2. It is transferred on the nearest payment transfer day, 2 days after delivery
3. Payout will be reflected in your account within 7 working days of the product delivered.
Payment is transferred 3 times a week Monday, Wednesday & Friday
For example –
Product delivered - 2nd (Tuesday)
Payment released- 5th (Friday)
Nearest payment day 2 days after
delivery being 5th

• Payment for each order will be released to you from three different bank accounts depending on the
customer's mode of payment (PG/Wallet/COD)
• Due to multiple banks, the payment for one product can be in different parts and may have different
UTR numbers.
