How can you get registered with FC?

What are the documents required for FC registration?
• This is an agreement letter between
you and your respective FC
LOI(Letter of Intent) • This is an Additional Place Of Business
certificate generated by your CA for
completion of FC registration process

• If you are dealing in tax exempted
products, you have to sign this

How do you get registered for FC from Seller Panel?
You can get registered for Fulfillment Centre from your Panel, by clicking on Support Tab -

service
• Submit the ticket
• Check your email id • CA will help you to get
registered for FC
• FC partner will get in touch
with you to complete further
process
To avail a CA service, follow these simple steps:

From seller support tab, raise the ticket. Follow these simple steps:

You will get a ticket reference
number, please note this for
your future reference

Click on “Fulfillment-Center-
Registration” to avail the CA
services from Paytm Mall side
You will get a mail from merchant.helpdesk@paytm.com on your registered email id

get the APOB certificate

Select the desired region of FC
Before buying the services, you have to select the FC location and region both

NOTE – CA will help you in FC registration. Post registration, FC partner will get in touch with you to complete
further process

• You will get the signed NOC
certificate and other required
documents from FC partner.
E.g. Electricity bill, FC rent
receipt
• You will get the mail
• Download and fill the LOI
form
• Share the scanned copy of
LOI with the SPOC of your
respective FC
• With the help of your CA get
"Additional Place of business
(APOB)" certificate
• Share the scanned copy of APOB
certificate
with you

respective FC. FC partner will get in touch with you to complete further process.
