MBA  Sales Executive/ Business Development Manager
 Should be able to travel all across India.
Graduate and diploma
Engineers
 Responsible for calibration, testing and Validation work in Lab and ON-SITE in the
various Industries.
 Sales Executive/ Assistant Business Development Manager.
 Responsible for Production of Blood Bank Instruments.
 Should be able to travel all across the country.
 Responsible for Production of Blood Bank Instruments.
 Responsible for service and maintenance of our product at on-site.
 Responsible for Calibration, Testing and Validation work in Lab and ON-SITE in the
various Industries.

6. MBA Candidates
 Eligibility: Candidates should posses/appearing MBA degree.
Graduation in Science/Engineering background are preferable.
 Emolument: Initial One month: Free of Cost Training
(Incubation period) (No stipend will be provided during
incubation period.)
 6 months after Incubation period: On Job Training at INR
10,000/- per month.
 After Completion of ON-JOB Training: 12,000/- to 20,000/-
per month.
 Bond: A bond agreement has to be signed & submit a cheque
before the starting of ON-JOB training for a period for at least 2
years.

7. Graduate Engineers
 Eligibility: Candidates should posses /appearing in B
Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering/ Instrumentation & Control.
 Emolument: Initial first month: Free of Cost Training
(Incubation period)(No stipend will be provided during
incubation period.)
 6 months after Incubation period: On Job Training at INR
12000/- per month.
After Completion of ON-JOB Training: ctc 12000/- to
19000/- per month.
 Bond: A bond agreement has to be signed & submit a cheque
before the starting of ON-JOB training for a period for at least 2
years.

8. Diploma Engineers
 Eligibility: Candidates should posses /appearing in Diploma in
Electrical Engineering/ Instrumentation & Control and
Mechanical Engineering.
 Emolument:Initial first month: Free of Cost Training
(Incubation period)(No stipend will be provided during
incubation period.)
 After Completion of Incubation period: 11,000/- per month.
 After Completion of ON-JOB Training: 12,000/- to 16,000/-
per month
 Bond: A bond agreement has to be signed & submit a cheque
after completion of incubation period of at least 2 years.

9. Selection Process
 1st round: MCQ written Test of 30 minutes:
(30 Question x 2 marks) = 60 mark
 Descriptive written Test of 30 minutes:
(3 Question x 10 marks) = 30 marks
 2nd Round: Group Discussion
(Optional as per the no. of candidates)
 3rd Round: Technical & H.R. Interview
Note: (Selected Candidates will be informed within 5 days of
the campus drive.)

10. Company Norms :
 Emolument: Initial One month: Free of Cost Training
(Probation period) (No stipend will be provided during
incubation period.)
 6 months after Incubation period: On Job Training at INR
8000/- or 14,000/- per month.
 This totally depends on the Candidates/Employee who are not
willing to work after Completing the Probation period.
 During on- Job training Candidates are in the 2 years Bond
Period and not liable to quit job accept He/She gets hired in
Government Job/MNC whose turnover is more than 500Cr.
 If candidates leaving job before 2 years for any kind of reason
he/she has to pay last month Drawn salary & Notice period of
2months.
