• Christmas dinner for vegetarians.
• Its aimed at all normal vegetarians or anyone just becoming a
vegetarian or people having a healthier Christmas with
vegetarian food.
• It will be white and red as it is quite a typical colour scheme
for Christmas.
• It will be a Quorn turkey roast dinner with potatoes and
vegetables and the picture will be on the card.
• The font is black and will have a recipe and a method to tell
you what to do.
• All the cards will be laminated so they stay clean.

What do you like about the idea? The idea is good as it tells you exactly what
you would be making if you were using this card by being a vegetarian.
What areas of the idea could be developed? To improve you could add more
thoughts about the actual designs of the card and the positioning of the
different parts of the card.
What do you find interesting about the idea? I like the idea of using Quorn as
the substitute meat so that you can eat the same type of meal as the others
could be eating .
4. Idea 2
• Summer style salad with maybe some pasta or potatoes. It
could also have some Quorn meat substitute in.
• The colour scheme will be white green/yellow as it is for
summer so it needs to be quite bright and also appealing.
• The image will be in the corner of the card.
• It could be taken on picnics and eaten by vegetarians and
people wanting a healthier lifestyle. If non vegetarians don’t
like Quorn they can have the salad without the Quorn.
• It will have black font and it will show the method and recipe.

What do you like about the idea? I like the meal itself and I like how you are
able to vary the meal and could add different things, I like how you have
thought why and where this meal would be useful to be eaten e.g. Picnic
What areas of the idea could be developed? You could include the
positioning of where each of the different parts would go on the card.
What do you find interesting about the idea? The ways in which you have
thought about having each for picnics and each of the different variations for
it.
6. Idea 3
• Another summer recipe which is a fruit salad with
strawberries, mango, melons and kiwis with fruit juice.
• This will be classed as a dessert but could also be a snack.
• It will be suitable for everyone unless they don’t like fruit
salad.
• The colour scheme of this card would be bright again with a
white background and an orange border. Also there could be
pictures of each fruit decorated around the card.
• The font will be black and there will be a recipe and method
on the card.

What do you like about the idea? I like the description of the card itself and
each of the different colours that would be use that will make it more
attractive along side the recipe for the fruit salad.
What areas of the idea could be developed? I cant find any area to be
developed as it has all been very well described.
What do you find interesting about the idea? The variety of different fruits
that are involved in making this dish.

• This will be a Mexican salad with different types of chill
peppers mixed with it.
• This could be suitable for vegetarians and non vegetarians
who like spicy foods.
• The colour scheme will be a white background to keep the
house style with green and red borders as red can indicate
that it is a spicy dish and also they are the colours of the
Mexican flag. All the fonts will be the same on each card.
• There will be an image of the salad and the Mexican flag on
the card. The recipe and method will be on the card in a black
font

What do you like about the idea? I like the idea of using food from other
countries to be included I with all the other dishes.
What areas of the idea could be developed? You could maybe talk about a
few sides that would go well with your dish and would be easy enough to
make or to just buy.
What do you find interesting about the idea? I find interesting the thought
by using Mexican food as it is a good food to choose and shows that you offer
a variety of different foods.

• This will be a simple recipe which is
shortbread which is suitable for vegetarians
and non vegetarians. It would normally be for
a snack
• The colour scheme will be a white background
and a yellow border.
• There will be an image of them on the card
with the recipe and the method in a black
font.

What do you like about the idea? It is good as he tells you that its not a hard
recipe but is good as it is able to be eaten by all types of vegetarians as it
doesn’t contain the slightest thing even related to an animal.
What areas of the idea could be developed? None as I feel all aspects are
covered within this idea.
What do you find interesting about the idea? I find it interesting as he tells
you that its good for all types of vegetarians.

What do you agree with from your feedback?
I should describe where everything is positioned like where the text and pictures go to
help people get an idea of what my card will look like. I also think having recipes from
different countries is a good idea to expand the range of my ideas.
I could also say that you can change the fruit you use in the fruit salad.
What do you disagree with from your feedback?
I don’t disagree with any feedback that is given to me as it has all helped me.

Which idea that you came up with is your favourite and why?
Having different countries recipes involved to make it interesting and maybe make
people try different things for example the Mexican recipe. It could get people into
different types of foods if they try it.
Which idea, that your team came up with, is your favourite and why?
Adding a selection of fruit to the fruit salad so people can choose what fruit they have
in the salad to suit what the consumer likes.
