  2. 2. Orchestrating Accelerated Growth Orchestrate means – make happen (being intentional and being deliberate) It means create, plan, set-up, mobilise , organise, drive ….. Accelerated Growth -to move more quickly, or to make something happen faster or sooner

  4. 4. Positive energy refers to an attitude that is:  Productive,  Beneficial  Encouraging  Resilient  Reduces Stress  Drive Longevity Positive - a desirable or constructive quality or attribute. Energy - the strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity.
  5. 5. There is Negative Energy too Negative energy, on the other hand, involves the tendency to interpret things in a pessimistic way and have a self-limiting inner voice. **Que sera sera While positive energy can build one up, negativity can drag one down and make one less confident
  6. 6. Positive Energy can be created  Your energy is a combination of your past, your Mindset, dominant thoughts, and perception of the world. You need to take responsibility for the present moment and, if needed, work on shifting your energy. It is possible How?  To transform your mood from negative to positive, it's important to surround yourself with positive feelings, and positive people.  Good books, positive people, affirmations, meditation, good music and reframing as a great source of inspiration and motivation are good tools and strategies to create positive energy

Driving Positive Energy with Affirmations Affirmations focus on:  what can be done rather than what can't,  solutions than on problems As a result, you can feel less stressed and more in control, which will ultimately improve your Mindset and help you carry more positive energy into different areas of your life Affirmative Words: “I am committed to meeting my goals.” “Yes we can” “I have the strength and knowledge to overcome obstacles” “I am capable of achieving success.” “I am worthy of my goals” “I attract the right people who help me meet my goals” “we will deliver” “anything I want is already mine” Positive affirmations can:  change your perspective from negative to positive  can inspire positive energy by helping you see things more in terms of possibilities rather than limitations

E.g Starbucks, inspired by Italian cafes and then expanded from commodity product (coffee beans) to upscale product (cappuccino) and later theatre experience (modern coffee houses).  Creative people can see what others overlook, challenge professional boundaries, and overturn business assumptions. “Creativity is the power that generates innovation,” -Jeff & Staney DeGraff  Jeff and Staney emphasize that small acts of creativity can have huge consequences and that ordinary people can do extraordinary things if they can see the opportunities in front of them.  Creative people have the motivation, passion, and drive to change things. They have the “will and skill” to make innovation happen, and see possibilities where others see dead ends.  Jeff DeGraff describes the creative Mindset as a frame of mind where you are aware of your most creative times and places, capture ideas effectively, dig deeper and question assumptions, look for anomalies, and have faith in your capabilities.
