In 2012 SATC wanted to improve the management and accessibility of its information across the organisation. Contact data was manually added to Excel or Outlook making it very difficult to share or keep contact details up to date across multiple departments. As an existing technology partner OBS was selected to upgrade the current intranet model and to design, build and deliver a CRM system to manage data more efficiently. The new intranet platform was based on SharePoint 2010, providing a wider range of functionality when compared to the earlier version.
