This document reports on a survey conducted to understand views on obesity among the public in Brunei. The survey collected information from 150 respondents (75 male, 75 female) and asked questions about their BMI, physical activity levels, eating habits, and views on obesity as a health risk. Key findings included that 48% of males and 21% of females were obese, with inactivity and frequent junk food consumption being common. Most respondents acknowledged obesity as a potential health risk but had difficulty maintaining active lifestyles or healthy diets. Both physical activity and nutrition were seen as important solutions to address obesity.
