2. The scope of the project was to design a mobile
application.
The team chosen to develop an application that would
illustrate the Solar System with all the planets and
that would show information about each one of them.

3. The most important constraints were the human
resources and the limited time .
These two constraints made it impossible to parallelize
the phases of the project and to follow the normal
structure of a project.

4. Human resources : a team of two people that played
multiple roles such as
 Analyst
 Developer
 Tester
 Deployment Engineer
 The hardware resources consisted of
2 Laptops
1 Smartphone

5. The most important Activities were:
Determining the scope of the project
Define the specifications
Choose the proper architecture
Setup the delivery timeline
Develop the application
Test the application
Prepare documentation
Deploy application onto the mobile and present it

11. Microsoft Project is a great tool that helps you make
the planning for a project much more easier.

beginners.
