This document outlines a research study that aims to investigate the impact of students' digital divide on ESL teacher performance. It lists three research objectives: 1) identify factors contributing to students' unequal access to technology for online learning, 2) analyze how those access issues affect teacher performance, and 3) assess teacher readiness for online instruction. To address these objectives, the study will distribute a questionnaire with sections on students' technology access and skills, how those influence teacher performance, and teachers' capacity for online teaching.
