Projects Participated in:
 Ma’aref schools in Saudi Arabia (Revit Architecture).
The project comprised 3 schools in KSA. The client was Al Manarat schools, the concept design was
by broad way Malyan. Each school had kinder garden stage , and from grade 1 to 12 stages for boys and
girls. Each school comprised a swimming pool, MPU.s, Labs, Libraries and a multipurpose playing court.
ECG’s scope was in the design development developing the concept proposed to the tender and
construction stage.
Acted as a team leader for the design development and the production of the interior package of the
project. The project was produced by Revit 2014.

 CIMC Cairo International Medical City- (Revit Architecture) 2014
The project comprises a medical complex, the land area is 50,000 m2, and the project plot area is 14,000 m2.
Participated in the conceptual design phase of the main hospital building. ” Medical planning”
 2 Towers in Lusail, Qatar- (Revit architecture) 2014
The project is located in Lusail area in Qatar, it is a mixed use project; 2 towers on a podium, 1 tower is a
hotel and the other is an office building and the Podium is for commercial use. The project requirement was 2 stars in
GSAS (Global sustainability assessment system).
Participated in the Architectural package of the skin of the towers in the detailed design and tender phases.
 Emal Administrative Complex, Abu Dhabi 2014
The project plot area is 68000 m2; it comprises 12 buildings, an administrative building, a reception building,
a mosque and a multipurpose hall.
Participated in the tender drawings package of the main administrative building.
 Qatar Emiri Naval Forces Base Buildings 2013
The Project is a New Port that stretches over an area of 26km2. The New Port will be the Centre of Qatar's
Maritime security. The project is divided into 4 zones Comprising around 120 buildings for different facilities offering
technical support, logistic facilities, material , supporting accommodation and Recreational services. The project
requirement was 2 to 3 stars in GSAS (Global sustainability assessment system) according to the building type and
Function).
The task was handling the full architectural package of 3 buildings of administrative and security use, and
participated in the reflected ceiling package of the whole project.

 General Investigation Building in Kuwait - (Revit Architecture) 2013
The project is the General Investigation Department in West Abu Fatira industrial area for the
Ministry of Interior stretching an area of 20,000 m2. Participated in the Architectural detailing and design
development packages.
 EL Rehab Shopping Center - 9TH & 10TH Zone - (Revit Architecture) 2012
 AL-Jazeera Arabic Channel Building Extension 2012
The project is the new expansion of Aljazeera channels and will be around 5,000m2 distributed among three
floors. ECG's scope includes architectural design review, structural, electromechanical detailed design, tender
documents and construction supervision.
 Lusail Tower, Qatar 2012
The project is a mixed-use Tower in Lusail area in Qatar over a plot area of 7,375m2 and a total built-up area
of 65,789m2. The tower comprises podium floors incorporating reception areas and spa facilities, a mezzanine, a
ground floor and twenty-five floors including Class A office space of 23,600m2, a retail floor at its podium base, in-
house gymnasium, business center and parking for over 500 cars.
Participated in the skin and curtain wall details of the tower.
 ST. Regis Cairo Project. 2011-2012
The project is 38 floors high, comprising 200,000 m2 of hospitality and hotel-serviced luxury residential
complex incorporating residential apartments and penthouses, serviced apartments, offices, retail, restaurants and a
seven star hotel to be operated by the global hotel brand of St. Regis and encompassed two towers and a retail atrium
overlooking the River Nile and an 800-slot underground car parking area. The designer of the project is Michael
graves.
ECG scope was redesigning the residential units and coordination of the MEP and structure and then site
supervision.
The task was participating in the construction architecture and interior design packages of the residential units
with different types, designing most of the wet areas of the redesigned units and coordination of the architectural and
interior changes with other consultants.

 Millennium Resort Hotel, Mina Al-Arab, United Arab Emirates 2010-2011
A luxury five star south pacific resort comprising a main building (4 floors, 300 rooms), family bungalows,
2 specialty restaurants, kids club, 2 tennis courts, spa, pool bar & pub, ball rooms and parking.
The assigned task was handling the service building architecture package and coordination in the design
development phase.
 Villas and Town Houses, Marassi Sidi Abdelrahman, Egypt 2010-2011
Marassi is the most Private Luxury residential Resort in the North Coast incorporating different types of
villas, Twin houses and residential apartments with both standard and upgraded levels of finishing.
Participated in the construction package of the villas and town houses including Andalusian, Tuscanian and
Italian architectural styles.
