Key Skills
Piping: To check and supervise all the activities during the fabrication,
installation and insulation of piping. To witness the Hydro test of various
piping system with QA/QC. And carried out piping (monitoring welding/
erection of piping. This included review of documents like fabrication
drawing, ITP, WPS, PQR and qualification of welders’ cards, testing and final
documents and handed over to client.
Welding: To qualify the welders as per ASME IX for different materials. Review the
WPS / PQR of carbon steel, low alloy steels and stainless steel.
Technical review: Review the technical documents (drawing and procedures, for
piping. Carrying out the flushing and testing of pipeline along with the specification
as per safety rules and regulation.
NDT: I have carried out additional assignment in various NDT like Radiography,
Liquid Penetrate testing, Magnetic particle testing and Ultrasonic thickness.
Galvanizing & Painting: I have carried out various Galvanizing, Painting and
Blasting procedure like two coat and three coat system and check DFT(Dry film
thickness) with the help of elcometer.

welding and installation of piping and tanks.

Isometric drawing, Fabrication Drawing, P & ID, PFD and Isometric drawings.
Familiar with the documentation for given task like Fabrication, fit up, erection
welding report and all documentation related for assigned projects with the help of
MS excel other software.
Coordinate with the site quality control teams at site and bring the quality matters/
issues in the weekly/ monthly meetings for on shore and off shore works.
Controlling and checking the specifications, requisitions, design, procedures,
manuals etc. for compliance with Company Standards.
Familiar with relevant National and International Codes & Standards.
Checking fit ups, arranging the resource (material, manpower, tools and tackles)
Frontline supervision of the working labor to ensure strict conformance to methods,
quality & safety.
