Er.makwana:-I m in this field 22 years.

field. How do take your work?

Er.makwana:- as a challenge,because every day
there is new target and I will try to achieve it.

4. Me:-sir, according to you, what are the qualities
to become a successful employ?
Er.makwana:-hard work in your field ,
consistency patience these are the key factor
to become a successful employ.
