23. • We helped migrate this portal to Hybris platform, revamped the design and also added feature enhancements.
• Using Hybris’s inbuilt functionality, we redesigned the entire portal.
• The portal has three different packages on offer – Single report package, 10 report package and unlimited report package. The
unlimited reports package which is available for only a month is now being handled through the subscription module in Hyrbis.
• This module helps the admin track and record all user activity. It enables the users to view their information like purchase history,
expiry date for the subscription, etc. through a customer dashboard. The portal also sends an automatic email alert to the user
when the subscription is about to end prompting them to subscribe again. This is achieved through email triggers.
• The portal also sends automatic email alerts to technical staff and admin alerting them of technical issues and sending logs of
user activity.
• The portal allows users to register and create their profiles.
• We implemented payment gateway integration with Paypal and CyberSource. The choice of a payment gateway enables users
without Paypal accounts to make payments.
• We also implemented a feature that allows users to get a discount upon entering a coupon code.
• SOAP services used for implementation. Hybris integrated with external servers through web services to fetch information.

• The store is built on a PHP framework using Magento Enterprise Edition 1.12.

• The store automatically identifies a shipping carrier based on the location of the
person and COD module.

taking nearly 5 seconds, despite a higher server configuration.

• We created an API that could be integrated with third-party applications. This
enabled the collection managers to create a collection from within their own web

57. • Neev developed an iPad-based application for a client that connects the sales team of fashion
and lifestyle businesses with retailers who make wholesale purchases.
• The application acts as an on-the-go marketplace through which sales personnel can download
and share collections, suggest orders and receive and submit orders even when offline.
• Retailers can browse, edit and approve orders by simply signing on an iPad.
• The application automatically downloads the collections whenever the device is online. The
application could also work offline.
• Neev used the iOS 6 SDK for developing the application.
• The application was developed using SQL-Lite. We used Crashlytics for superior crash reporting
and Flurry for onboard analytics.
• FMDB was used for data storage.
• We faced a conflict resolution challenge since the application works offline also and the changes
in the server had to be communicated to the app when online.

• Neev revamped a slow, underperforming eCommerce site facing severe outages and security risks. This
impacted traffic to the site and also the volume of sales of the client.
• Shipping computations like estimated delivery date with FedEx API integration, implementation of
promotions and use of promo code had to be incorporated.
• Inbuilt design patterns that exist in .NET framework were utilized. User experience and usability were
greatly improved.
• Stored procedures were used to process the data in the backend and XML files were used for bulk data
exporting. For effective exception handling, NHibernate was replaced with ADO.NET and LINQ in some key
areas.
• Challenges we overcame include Integration of FedEx API for computations and accurate estimation of
