After a rewarding 13-year career at Johnson & Johnson I left my corporate career to follow my own path. In 2007, I started my first company, a brain-based learning and development business serving the pharmaceutical industry. In 2011, I launched my life and corporate coaching practice out of my passion to share what I had learned with others. My coaching focuses on uncovering your inherent strengths (hint: the things that you love to do) and capitalizing on those strengths using brain-based and positive psychology coaching techniques.
