34. นโยบายรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุข National Data Clearing House รมต.นพ.ประดิษฐ์ สินธวณรงค์ ทิศทางการทางานในระบบหลักประกันสุขภาพชาติ ใน 10 ปีต่อไป การพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลข่าวสารให้เป็นระบบและมีการนา เทคโนโลยีมาใช้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและคุณภาพ เพื่อใช้เป็น ฐานข้อมูลระดับชาติ (National Health Information) และ ภายใน 1 ปี ตั้งเป้าหมาย มีหน่วยงานกลาง ในการจัดทาธุรกรรมการ เบิกจ่ายระดับชาติ (National clearing house) เกิดขึ้น โดยมี คณะกรรมการดูแลระบบที่มีส่วนร่วมของผู้เกี่ยวข้องทุกภาคส่วน หน่วย บริการจะส่งข้อมูลทุกระบบผ่านหน่วยงานเดียวระบบเดียว34
